Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using GoGo Favor in any manner, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date and, where appropriate, notifying registered members by email. Your continued use following notice of changes constitutes your acceptance.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and use GoGo Favor. By using the Service, you represent that you are at least 18, have the legal capacity to enter a binding agreement, will use the Service only for lawful purposes, and that all information you provide is accurate and complete. GoGo Favor is intended to be used by parents and guardians to plan parties for children — it is not intended for use by minors.

Your Account

Registration

To access certain features, you must register by providing your name, email, phone number, city, state, and a password. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it current.

Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and all activity under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use at hello@gogofavor.com and not to share your account with others.

Deletion

You may delete your account at any time by contacting hello@gogofavor.com. Your data will be removed per our Privacy Policy.

Use of the Service

Permitted Use

GoGo Favor grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial party planning purposes.

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to: use the Service unlawfully; attempt unauthorized access to any portion of the Service; scrape or systematically extract data; reproduce or sell any portion for commercial purposes without written consent; introduce harmful code; impersonate any person or entity; interfere with the Service's operation; or send unsolicited communications.

AI-Generated Content & Recommendations

GoGo Favor uses artificial intelligence to generate personalized party planning recommendations. You acknowledge that all recommendations are for informational and inspirational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, availability, or suitability of any recommendation. Product pricing and availability may change. You are solely responsible for verifying product details and allergen information before purchasing.

Affiliate Links & Advertising

GoGo Favor participates in affiliate programs including Amazon Associates and Awin/Etsy. When you click affiliate links and make qualifying purchases, we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. Some placements are paid advertisements, always clearly labeled "Sponsored." Third-party websites linked from our Service are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

Intellectual Property

The GoGo Favor name, logo, website design, text, graphics, and all other content are owned by or licensed to GoGo Favor and protected by U.S. and international intellectual property law. You retain ownership of content you submit; by submitting, you grant GoGo Favor a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use your submissions solely to provide the Service to you.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GOGO FAVOR DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GOGO FAVOR AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, YOUR RELIANCE ON AI-GENERATED RECOMMENDATIONS, PRODUCTS PURCHASED THROUGH AFFILIATE LINKS, OR UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO YOUR ACCOUNT.

IN NO EVENT SHALL GOGO FAVOR'S TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100.00).

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless GoGo Favor and its owners, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, your violation of any applicable law, or any content you submit to the Service.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without cause or notice, including if we believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service immediately ceases. Sections 7, 8, 9, 10, and 12 shall survive termination.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

Dispute Resolution

Any dispute shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unsuccessful, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in New York, New York, under American Arbitration Association rules, except that either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Class Action Waiver

Dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis — not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.

Jurisdiction

To the extent any dispute is not subject to arbitration, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of state and federal courts in New York County, New York.
