These terms apply to your use of gogofavor.com and to custom cake orders placed with GoGo Favor, a home-based custom bakery in New York City.

Order requests

Submitting the order form is a request, not a confirmed order. An order is confirmed only after we reply to you with the final details and price and you accept them. We may decline any request, including when we're fully booked.

Pricing and payment

Prices depend on size, quantity, and design and are quoted individually. Payment terms, including any deposit, are explained when your order is confirmed.

Changes and cancellations

Please contact us as early as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. Because every cake is custom, late changes may not be possible, and cancellations close to the pickup date may not be refundable.

Custom designs

Every cake is handmade, so colors, piping, and sprinkle placement will vary a little from photos on this site. Photos are illustrative. Please don't ask us to reproduce trademarks or logos you don't have the right to use.

Allergens

Our cakes are prepared in a kitchen that handles wheat, dairy, eggs, soy, and nuts. We can't guarantee any cake is free of allergens. You are responsible for telling us about allergies and for deciding whether our products are safe for you and your guests.

Pickup and delivery

Orders can be picked up on the Upper East Side or delivered anywhere in New York City by an Uber courier. The delivery fee is set by Uber based on distance and time, and it is included in your quote. Please make sure someone is available to receive the cake at the address you give. We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier, traffic or weather, or for a cake left unattended at your request.

Once a cake has been picked up or delivered, it's your responsibility to transport and store it properly. Dot cakes are best kept cool and enjoyed within a few days.

To the extent permitted by law, GoGo Favor's liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
