GoGo Favor ("we", "us") is a small custom bakery in New York City. This policy explains what information we collect through gogofavor.com and how we use it.
What we collect
When you send a cake request, we collect the details you enter in the order form: your name, email address, phone number (if provided), event date, occasion, cake preferences, the message to pipe on your cake, and any notes you include.
Like most websites, our hosting provider may automatically record basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type, and pages visited for security and performance purposes.
How we use it
- To respond to your request, confirm details and pricing, and prepare your order.
- To coordinate pickup or delivery.
- To contact you about your order.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
Who we share it with
Form submissions are processed and stored by our website host, Netlify, on our behalf. If you choose delivery, we share the delivery address, recipient name and recipient phone number with Uber so their courier can complete the delivery. Uber handles that information under its own privacy policy. We may disclose information if required by law.
How long we keep it
We keep order information only as long as needed to fulfill your order and maintain basic business records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Children
Our website is intended for adults placing cake orders. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
