Party Planning Information
When you use our AI planning concierge, you may provide your child's first name and age, number of guests, budget, theme preferences, food allergies, and special requests.
⚠️ Important: Please do not enter your child's full name, date of birth, school, or home address. First name and age are all we need.

We automatically collect IP address, browser type, pages visited, session data, device type, and referring URLs when you visit gogofavor.com.

Children's Privacy (COPPA)
GoGo Favor is a service for parents and guardians aged 18+ — not for children. We comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA):
- We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13
- We only ask for a child's first name and age during party planning — never full name, date of birth, school, or address
- We do not direct advertising at children
- We do not build profiles of children or sell any information that could identify a child
If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information without parental consent, contact us at privacy@gogofavor.com immediately. We will promptly delete such information.
Data Security
We protect your information using HTTPS/SSL encryption, password hashing, access controls, and secure hosting. However, no method of internet transmission is 100% secure. In the event of a data breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you as required by applicable law.
Data Retention
- Account information is retained for the life of your account
- Party plans are stored for the life of your account plus 12 months
- Analytics data is retained per Google Analytics settings (up to 26 months)
- Email sending logs are retained for up to 90 days
When you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except where required by law.
